Vintage Neo-Victorian top

Heavy brocade fabric with padded and puffed sleeves and white lace/pearl trim. 90s era, most likely, due to size of the shoulder pads. Very good vintage condition. Almost heavy enough to be considered a jacket. Vintage size 8, please see measurements in photos.
