Vintage Neon colors 70s ribbons bag

1970s Woven Ribbon purse from Babs' in Winnetka, Illinois. Love the bold highlighter / rainbow colors set against the crisp white. Even the green liner is super cute. There is a velcro closure and a gold chain for carrying. Very lightweight and comfortable handbag. Super great condition for its age, a couple very faint stains here but it's easy to clean this material!
