Vintage New Impromptu Short Sleeve Knit Dress - 14WP - China Blue. 50% Polyester, 50% Cotton. Mid-calf length. No pockets. Comes with belt. Soft, t-shirt like material. Short sleeves with ribbed ends. Shoulder pads. Ordered from JC Penney Catalog in 1990's/2000's (not sure of date). In original packaging. I opened the dress for photo purposes only. The dress has some slight fading along some of the crease lines.
