Vintage New Impromptu Short Sleeve Knit Dress - 14WP. Orange. 50% Polyester, 50% Cotton. Mid-calf length. No pockets. Comes with belt. Soft, t-shirt like material. Short sleeves with ribbed ends. Shoulder pads. Ordered from JC Penney Catalog in 1990's/2000's (not sure of date). In original packaging I just opened the dress for photo purposes only. The dress has a small mark near the top where the belt has touched it in the packaging. May be able to be washed out.
