Vintage New Look Dress WOW

This dress reminds me of something Barbie would wear. Pale blue cotton blend with a beautiful lace collar and pintucking on the bodice. Look at those stunning glass buttons and long accordion pleated skirt. There is no vendor tag but it doesn’t appear to be home made. There are belt loops but no belt. The bodice is partially lined and the amazing full skirt is fully lined. Waist 24, Chest 34, Shoulder back 15”, length 47. Hips full.
