This is a gorgeous brooch for those who love the look of vintage jewelry, but want the quality and condition of new pieces. This Victorian-styled brooch was made in the early 90s, so it’s on the newer end of vintage. But this brooch has never been worn; it was just stashed in storage at a local jewelry store, so its new old stock (NOS). It is 18kt electroplate, nickel-free, with clear/white Swarovski crystals. There are the tiniest marks on the knuckles where the matte finish was rubbed in storage, but the marks are the size of a pin prick and in no way detract from the beauty of the piece. It’s from Dolphin Ore, an Israeli jeweler that was known for its high-quality, nickel-free, gold-plated jewelry in the 80s and 90s. It measures 3.1”by 1”, and it will come in a gift box.
