Vintage New Spirit black velvet wrap dress with beautiful cream satin peau de soi shawl collar. Double breasted front waistline features pearl/rhinestone buttons. Cross over wrap with inside side ties. Long sleeves with soft puff shoulder detail and light padding. Measures 19" pit to pit, 14" flat across the waist, 20" flat across the hips and 45" length. Size 8 Very faint discoloration on the back inside the the collar. Pre-owned and very gently worn.
