Vintage New Talbot's Pink Pleated Fully Lined Stretch Skirt 14

This is an A-line pleated skirt in a very soft finely woven twill. The fabric is 62% cotton, 35% rayon, and 3% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. It closes with a hidden zipper on the left seam. The skirt is marked a 14 (not 14W) . The measurements are (I try to measure accurately but am not perfect!): Un-stretched waist side to side = 17" 9" below waistband side to side with pleats a little spread out (this one is difficult to measure)= 23.5" The hem circumference side-to-side is difficult to measure but with the pleats spread out a bit it's about 31". Top of waistband to hem = 22"
