Vintage New With Tags L.A. BLUES jeans 12 modern size 18 vintage 100% Cotton

I have these listed as a size 12 because they are vintage. (Tag says 18) there is no stretch, please see measurements. Waist is 19” across, rise is 12”, hip is approximately 23” across and inseam is 27”. Opening of leg is 8” across.
