They are 100% cotton and have a great drawstring at the waist. They’re in white with Minnie Mouse on the front. The shorts do have a small flaw on the rear of the short that’s pictured in the fourth image, with a few small splotches, likely from their time in storage, but they are otherwise in new vintage condition and the Minnie decoration is flawless.
