Beautiful Vintage Victoria Jones Vest in black with a mixture of vibrant colors. Vest is very well made. No Material or size tag found. Upon researching, found that the vest was by Victoria Jones. Vest feels like suede/velveteen. 5 buttons in front. New Years hat, champagne bottles, balloons, noise maker, Clock are all embroidered. You can wear any colorful top underneath.
