Vintage New York Sewing Pattern 1021 sizes 16-34 Smartly Tailored Dress. Can be made 3/4 length sleeve or short sleeved with cuffs, convertible collar, two piece skirt with side pleats, and removable belt. Very cool vintage pattern, was perfect new condition like never opened and I now a little less perfectly flat because I had to make sure all the pieces are there. All pieces and directions are there. unmarked pieces, hole punched instead, that's how old this one is! So cute and classy and seems like a high end pattern from the Louise Scott Fashion Service on West 19th in New York City.
