Vintage New in Bag Diana Hampton White short sleeve Blouse

The Fashion Place sealed in bag white short sleeve top by Diana Hampton. Button down with ruffles around the collar and down the front. Very light weight woven fabric. 60% cotton 40% polyester. Made in the USA. Probably right out of their catalog. I took it out of the bag for the first time ever to take a picture and take measurements, then I carefully put it back. I would guess the size is Large or X-large, but please see measurements. 17” across the shoulders 25” pit to pit 27.5” length
