Vintage News From California White Dress Ruffled Collar Sz 5/6 Tiered Skirt

This very sweet '80s dress features a faux-wrap bodice, an elasticized waist, and a frilled collar with stitched red trim. Three-tiered ruffled skirt reminiscent of a petticoat. Blousy short sleeves with contrasting white buttons at the cuffs. Very slightly sheer. It's in very good vintage condition with no flaws seen.The elastic still has excellent stretch and lots of life left. Belt is no longer with the dress. Tag says 5/6 and that seems accurate. This could go many style directions and would be a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. Please see pics for details.
