The label has Nicole Miller "New York City" which began in 1995 and also has the Union Made label from the International Ladies Garment Workers Union ILGWU label from the 90s. Made in the USA. In excellent condition, only flaw noted is discoloration to the liner which does not translate to the shell of the garment.
