No tags, but feels like cotton or blend -no stretch. Buttons at back neck and tucking around front ruffle bib for fullness. Bubble gum pink is so sweet and slightly see thru -see last pics. Shown on S model. See flat meas below neck approx 6.5" - 7" hard to measure because of the rounded cut pit to pit 21.5" but go go further due to tucking.
