Vintage Nine West Tie Front Cape Blazer

Cape blazer with wide sweeping sleeves but fitted at waist with 3 buttons at placket and tie fronts. Beautiful floral lace print lining at torso. Cap sleeves are unlined. Length from shoulder to hem is approx 21.5” and sleeves are 15” from shoulder. On body, sleeves are comparable to coverage of 3/4 sleeves and bottom hem hits top hip area.
