Vintage Nipon Coature Black Velour 2 Piece Set Skirt and Jacket Size 10

Vintage black velour 2 piece skirt set by Nipon Coature. This set has a skirt and long-sleeve jacket. The jacket has a v-neckline, sewn-in shoulder pads, and a diagonal button up front. The 4 buttons on the front are black and jewel-like and encircled by rhinestones. There's also a hidden snap closure. The neckline, bottom, and sleeve cuffs are lined with a satin-like band. The short skirt has a center slit in the back, as well as a zipper and button closure. It is pre-owned. The velour is prone to fabric movement, which can look like spots, and has a couple of hanger marks. The seam or stitching by the skirt slit is slightly pulled and there's a small tear in one arm seam. There are spots on the back of the skirt that can be difficult to see unless in the right lighting. It has an antique aroma. Would be a fantastic costume. Size 10. Shell is 100% rayon and lining is 100% nylon. Dry clean. Measurements, jacket: 21" long, shoulder by collar to front bottom 19" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam, buttoned Skirt: 17" long 13 1/2" wide, laying flat, across the top of waistband 19" wide, side seam to side seam, 10" down from top of waistband
