Vintage Nordic Inspired Summer Event Dress

One of a kind, handmade cotton dress for a serious collector. Vintage, estimated 1960s or 70s. Excellent condition! Front panel has rick-rack trim detail that continues to the Nehru collar. Pleated waist and zip back with hook & eye neck. Originally must have had a belt because there are thin almost camouflaged belt loops, but I have never had this. I purchased it as is. Lay flat measurements: 17” pit to pit bust, 14” waist. Approx: modern size 4 or 6
