Unisex design. Use hidden zipper on the back to fold jacket inside - it becomes a small pouch with a strap for carrying. This was my personal jacket that I received when I was an employee, and it was only worn a handful of times before being packed away. Labeled as a men's small but I wore it comfortably as a women's size medium.
