This is a great, vintage pheasant blouse from Notation’s Clothing Co. It features a distressed v-neckline, embroidery on the front of the blouse and down the sleeves. Body of blouse is lined with a sheer overlay and the sleeves are sheer. The neckline has a drawstring so you can adjust the neckline as you see fit. Some may want more of an off shoulder look or others may want the shirt to sit on the shoulders. There are faux ties at the wrists but does have a bit of elastic at the sleeve ends. It also has side slits. So cute and would be perfect for festivals, or even the office paired with a skirt. It is a versatile piece.
