Vintage notations polka dot button-down blouse. Tan with black polka dots. In excellent condition, the only flaw is the brand tag being halfway torn off. This is such a good vintage staple piece that can be easily dressed up or dressed down. Tagged size 2X (true size XXL-1X). Would also look great oversized on someone who typically wears a size Large.
