Nice condition vintage dress by Notations I can’t see the size but the waist measures 14” without stretching the fabric. The fabric does have a little stretch to it. It measure 15” pit to pit. Beautiful blue white checked print with blue flowers and some white flowers. Perfect grandmillenial dress
