This is a pre- owned good condition skirt. It is lined to about the knee. It has a fringe on the bottom. It is a long, Straight, Maxi length skirt. The size is 14, but it is Vintage, so sizes ran smaller then.There is a little bit of Elastic on back corner waistband. Length 33" without counting fringe, Waist is 32".
