Vintage Noviello Bloom Suits wool skirt suit

Vintage 1990s Noviello Bloom Suits black wool skirt suit. This vintage suit has a retro 1940's look with the long pencil skirt and peplum jacket. Fabric tag is missing but it is a wool crepe with velvet accents on collar, pocket lining, hem and buttons. Size 2. Fully lined. High waistline on skirt. Back zipper and elastic back. Suit is in beautiful condition with no signs of wear. Approximate measurements are: jacket: armpit to armpit = 17" and length = 25". skirt: waist (laying flat) = 13" and length = 30".
