Vintage Nuri Art Deco geometric sunburst design pewter abalone rhinestone brooch

Beautiful brooch. Nuri spans a fairly short period, just over two decades. Founded in 1978 in the coastal city of Bellingham, Washington State, Nuri Fashion Designs Ltd. owned two jewelry brands, “Nuri” and “Watercolors”, registered in 1984 and 1992, respectively. The Watercolors was active for five years, and Nuri brand ceased to exist in 2006.
