Buffalo, NY's finest clothier, O'Connell Lucas-Chelf. This is a vintage women's midi pencil skirt in excellent, clean condition. Features a pleated front with a row of hidden buttons. This skirt has beltloops and is fully lined. I'm not sure of the fabric, but it feels like a luxurious medium weight natural wool or cotton fabric. The size tag is 8, but vintage sizing runs small.
