This is a beautiful blue purple plaid print Victorian prairie button up. The neck is collared with a tucked ruffle. The sleeves are long cuffs with puffs at the shoulder. Excellent vintage condition. No issues. There is no fabrication tag. The fabric is thin, most likely a cotton polyester blend. Measurements: Bust: 38" Shoulder seam to seam: 15" Length: 20"
