Vintage Ogilve Perm Kit- 596 $20 or $15 w/offer

This vintage Ogilve perm kit is from the 1990s and cannot be found in most stores now. I am not sure but it may still be available in beauty supply stores. Anyhow, I just opened the box to show that all the parts are there. However as it is vintage, I cannot guarantee that it still works. *it does not come with curlers
