Vintage Olive Green and Yellow Gold Cowgirl Skirt

Vintage from before 2000 Isn't this skirt just the cutest? Decked out with a yellow/gold rope design and matching fringe, this skirt would be great for a fun outfit or a cowgirl costume. It even has pockets with little horseshoe snap buttons! While it could use a good ironing (whoops!), for being handmade, it is in great vintage condition.
