Vintage Olsen Collection Pencil Skirt

EUC Vintage. Beautifully tailored skirt. Made in Poland. 96% cotton 4% Lycra stretch fabric is fully lined, flirty 9" side kick pleat, zippered and button/tab closure in back. Waist is double stitched banded 141/2" side to side. Length is 24". Like a fine fabric hand wash in cold water.
