Vintage genuine opal pendant surrounded by rhinestones. Gold tone chain. The chain measures 16.5” from end to end. The pendant from the top of the bale to the bottom of the pendant measures 1”. No brand mark.

cactusannie @idreamoflizzie I added a few more pictures of the pendant, not sure what you mean about “off kilter”. The plastic box/ packaging the necklace is in states it is a “Genuine Opal”. The size of the pendant is 1” including the attached bale part. The Opal/Rhinestone part measures 3/4”.
