Vintage Orange Floral Dress or Jacket

Vintage floral dress or can be worn open as a jacket. The item looks like it used to have buttons. So you could add buttons to keep as a dress, or can just be belted up as the pictures. Beautiful bright colour. Perfect for fall! Purchased from a vintage site. Unfortunately doesn’t quite work for me
