Vintage Handmade Ric Rac Fringe Towel Tunic Top. Square neckline, short sleeves, side slits. Would make a great swimsuit coverup as well! pit to pit: roughly 20 1/2" across length: 29" not counting the fringe. Pre-loved condition. A couple of pulls due to the type of fabric, but not noticeable & can be pulled back inside. No tags, handmade. I have sized it as a medium.
