Vintage Oscar De La Renta Polka Dot Crinoline Full A Line Skirt

A truly stunning vintage piece. In incredible condition. Beading around the entire bottom all in amazing condition. Unfortunately I just need this out of my styling closet so priced to sell! Waist is 14 inches flat. No stretch. There is a hook an eye on the back that could be adjusted if need be (no zipper just hidden button). No size listed. Slight discoloration on areas on the outside of the waist band in one area. Could use a dry cleaning! Some minor oxidation from the hook and eye hardware but only noticeable on the inside. This is true vintage.
