The stand up collar is made of black velvet and has a cord detail that flows down to the ties that end in tassels. The same cording can be seen along the shoulder seam. The long sleeves have a button at the cuff that was made from the cord as well. Shoulder pads. Gold embroidery around the split neck has some cut outs.
