Vintage Oscar dela Renta silk skirt

Beautiful flouncy silk skirt newer vintage, from about 1999. Pleated silk outer with a polyester lining. Tag says 6, measures 13” flat at waist. This skirt has a few pin hole sized stains as pictured. You really can’t see them while wearing and I’ve not tried to remove them because I’m not familiar with cleaning silk. Lemony cream background with Art Deco style black and yellow dots, they remind me of a sweet bumblebee 💛 vintage sweater available too
