Vintage OshKosh Black Velvet Girls Holiday Dress

Vintage OshKosh Collection Holiday Dress, Child's Size 4T. Black Velvet with Embroidered Nutcrackers and Wreath. Three buttons up the back. Underarm seam to underarm seam across the back: 12.5" Top of shoulder seam to end of sleeve: 15" Top of shoulder to bottom of dress: 22" Pre-owned. Overall the dress is in great shape for its age. The elastic in both sleeves has stretched. There is also one very small spot on the right sleeve, shown in photo.
