are the pants portion water-resistant? is this whole thing supposed to be worn as is or would u need snow pants over it?

@poshkoshmigosh hello. They are to be worn as is. They are stretchy for ease of movement while skiing or playing in the snow. They are snow proof but I’m not sure about “true” waterproof such as rain.
