Vintage Outerbound by HMS Black Leather Skirt Size 7/8

Black Leather pencil skirt that is fully lined. High Waisted with button snap and zipper closure. Waist 26" Hip 36" Length 21 & 1/4" All measurements are approximate and taken with the garment lying flat. In good condition. Waistband does show some marks from hanger, does not affect wear.
