Vintage Outlander Women's Dress

This is a dress by Outlander. It is tagged as being made in Hong Kong and 70% acrylic and 30% wool. It has a back zipper and a woven piece on the front. It does have the shoulder pads in it. It is a bit on the heavy side so good for the colder months. It is marked as size S and is about 41 inches long, 17 inches pit to pit, and 14 inches at the waist flat. The dress is in nice shape.
