The waist without stretching and laying flat is 11" and 19" when stretched and laying flat. It should fit someone with a waist of 22" to 38", so yes it does have stretch to accomodate figure. The length is 33" from elasticized waist or 53" from shoulder. Sleeve length from underarm is 19" and 26" from neck. The knit drapes beautifully and the look is very classic.

@tulipthreads27 This dress is one of the few "woolen" dresses that I can wear. It is very soft and does not have the typical itch that wool has.
