This blouse is the epitome of 80’s elegance by one of the most iconic French fashion houses, Pierre Cardin. This striking 100% Silk blouse is printed in bright cobalt blue Paisley design on a jade background and cream accents. The balloon sleeves are simply masterful and flowy. I can see where Ulla Johnson draws her inspo from ;). Mandarin collar with covered button closure. Hidden buttons along the front are hidden under a tab. Every button on this blouse is covered. Also, still attached are the original shoulder pads. The craftsmanship is de rigueur.
