Vintage PJ Klein Dress

Vintage polka dot ankle length dress with skinny waist and wide padded shoulders. Buttons all the way down the front and usable pockets at the hips! I used to wear it with a wide black patten leather belt and pumps. Tiny pearl studs and red lipstick. Such a classic look!
