Vintage PLUS SIZE Chantier Paris-NY Dot dress,size11

Straight from the 1980s, this strapless dress has slightly angled ruffles and a side slit in the skirt. It is 100% polyester,poly chiffon dress that’s lined in polyester. Elastic waist, non adjustable straps. The belt is missing. Because this dress is 42 years old (!), there are tiny imperfections like a ruffle hem might be slightly frayed, but overall is in great condition. PLEASE NOTE THE T AND BELT WERE USED FOR STYLING PURPOSES ONLY
