Very cute vintage high waisted short over bottom combo bathing suit with top that ties around neck and back. It is black floral print and is cotton and polyester. Waist across is 12” without stretching elastic. Fully stretches is 17” across Waist to h of shorts is 15” This is vintage and is size 10 but vintage is smaller than today’s sizes so please look at measurements.
