Vintage Painted Paris Blues Flares

Beautifully decorated pair of light wash Paris Blues flares from the late 90's-early 2000's. Left leg has a bright orange flower painted on the side and some petals running down the leg. I'm not sure if these were sold this way or someone did a lovely job decorating them...whatever the case, they're really pretty. Low rise, two tiny change pockets at the front and two pockets at the back. Legs are flared and there is some nice distressing at the hemline from years of wear. In very good vintage condition, with the bit of wear, a stray spot of paint at the bum and some of an iron on patch that just won't come off. (All shown in photos) Marked a size 7, will fit a 28" waist, but keep in mind that these sit low, so measure lower on the waist for the proper fit. Made in USA, 100% cotton.
