Vintage Painted Porcelain necklace

Victorian Painted Porcelain necklace, this was sold to me as an antique and is in wonderful original condition. The pendant measures 1 7/8” x 1.5” and is on a beautiful filigree panel chain that is approximately 15” long. Silver-tone base metal that is substantial and lovely, it does not test as sterling.
