Vintage Pair Wabanaki Baskets American Split Ash Sweet Grass Lidded Sewing Gifts These vintage Wabanaki (possibly Passamaquoddy) Native American handmade lidded baskets feature the signature intricate weaving for which the people and their craft are known. They are from the very early 20th century. The baskets are about 3 inches tall, about 6 inches wide, and have a depth of approximately 6 inches. Very good pre-loved condition. The colors woven into the baskets is somewhat faded but the original vibrant colors are still evident on the underside and in the interior.
