Vintage Paisley Button Up Shirt

I bought this shirt 20 years ago from a vintage clothing store in Atlanta. Vintage Perma Press shirt from Sears. There is a small run/hole (see photo), but it's largely unnoticeable when worn. The tag is still on the shirt, but it's only attached on one side. However, it doesn't affect the shirt itself. There is no size tag, but it fits like a medium.
